FAQS
Most frequent questions and answers
Great! If you come to any of our weekend services, we will meet your family, check your child into our registration system, and one of our team members will lead you and your child to their age-appropriate room.
We will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, email, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.
Mason Naz Kids Church is for children ages 4 years through 5th grade.
During our weekend services, you may check in your child at any available station. After finding your child’s name in the system, you and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to the Check Out Center and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your family’s unique identification code will appear on the screen in the auditorium. We ask that you exit the auditorium and head straight to your child’s classroom.
At Mason Naz Kids Church, we treat the safety and security of your child as a top priority. We take the following steps to ensure that your kids are always safe while in our care:
- Every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number, meaning only the parent can pick up the child.
- Every hallway is monitored by cameras, and children are always in environments with at least two adults.
Parents may attend with their children and stay as long as they like so that they are familiar with the place, and their child is comfortable.
